2 small "homegrown" eggs from my friend
1 oz cheddar cheese
Xcess Energy Drink - Grape
1c water


Snacks:
Small skim latte @ Caribou Coffee
One 1" piece homemade fudge
Medium apple
Lite string cheese
2c water


Lunch:
2c water

Sandwich:
1 slice fiber one wheat bread
1 teaspoon basil mustard
1 large lettuce leaf
2oz Wild Harvest Honey turkey
1oz cheddar cheese


Dinner:
Thai Beef Stirfry:
Zucchini
Red Bell Pepper
Thai Chilis
Red Thai Chili Paste
Lite Coconut Milk
Mushrooms
Snow Pea pods
1/2 c. Shu Mai Brown Rice
3c water
